hi there!! i like to include a little thank you note in each order!! please let me know in the order comments if the name i should address it to is different to the name your order is under!

where do you ship to?
everywhere except the EU/UK, sorry, i’m still in the process of organising how to handle VAT at the moment T^T

when will my order arrive?
orders are processed as quickly as possible, and shipped out weekly via auspost!

✦ please allow 2—10 business days for domestic orders (australia).
✦ please allow 3—7 weeks for international orders (international will take longer than normal as your package will have to travel domestically before it can go international)

✦ you can check here / here for ausposts estimations for domestic/international postage respectivally
✦all packages will be posted out of Adelaide, SA :)

occassionally, orders are delayed longer than this, but if this amount of time has elapsed without you receiving your package, please contact me and i will look into it!

pre-orders

for pre orders, the usual lead time is 6-8 weeks from pre orders opening until orders are shipped, and then the delivery time on top of that. this is because files need to be sent to the supplier, proofed, manufactured, items shipped to me, sorted, and packed! thank you for your patience :]

if you have an existing pre order (or simply unshipped order) and would like to add anything to it, please contact me so you don't have to pay shipping twice <3

~RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY~

to request a refund or exchange, please email me at [email protected] and i'll do my best to help you out!

unfortunately, i cannot refund or exchange anything that stems from customer error (eg. a mistyped address, misreading the product description, or change of mind.) if you realise you've mistyped your address or something similar, please email me ASAP — if your item hasn't shipped yet, it's easily fixed!
